Coachella Valley high school wins fourth Spicy Noodle Challenge
On Saturday June 8, My Thai restaurant in La Quinta donated thousands of dollars to local high schools during a spicy noodle challenge.
Coachella Valley high school junior Jose Casillas won the spicy noodle challenge and won $1,000 for his school.
Xavier Prep senior Jace MacConnell and Palm Desert senior Carlie Williams were also awarded $1,000 to their schools for winning Student Athlete of the Year.
