Firefighters Battle Blaze At La Quinta Cove Home

LA QUINTA – Riverside County firefighters are on the scene of a home that has caught fire near La Quinta’s downtown center.

The fire at the intersection of Avenida Montezuma and Eisenhower is causing a lot of people to stop and look.

Witnesses tell News Channel 3 and KESQ.com that the fire is burning extremely hot, and a tree is also on fire.

No word on any injuries at this time.
