Palm Springs To Give ‘Green’ Light To Pot Shops

PALM SPRINGS -The Palm Springs City Council is expected to finally adopt relaxed rules for medical marijuana collectives, today.

The rules would allow a dispensary to open slightly closer than the minimum 500-feet from schools, churches, homes and parks.

The council could also award two permits to four finalists looking to open dispensaries within the city.

We’ll have more on the decision after the meeting tonight at six on News Channel 3, and right here on KESQ.com.
