Nice Weather Helps Get Ready For Riverside County Fair & Date Fest

INDIO -It’s time for the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival. Gates open to the public Friday.

Last night and tonightcrews are hard at work preparing for the thousands of people expected to enjoy the fair.

The fair bills itself as rich in tradition, and is always a family favorite. One of the big things people take a gamble on is whether it will rain during the event, which runs from February 12-21 at the Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio.

This year, it looks like sun.
