“Run For The Wall Riders” Tear Through The Desert

Hundreds of motorcyclists are on their way to our nation’s capital after tearing through the desert.

The annual “Run For The Wall” made a pit stop in Coachella, Wednesday morning.

They started in Rancho Cucamonga, earlier in the morning.

This is the 22nd year riders have done this. It will take them 16 days to reach the Vietnam Veterans Wall in Washington, DC.

?I’m starting to feel a little strange, actually,? said Vietnam Veteran Steve Garcia. ?It’s starting to get to me already. Singing the National Anthem and seeing all the flags go up. It’s going to be overwhelming, I think.?

The group’s next pit stop is Blythe.

They will add more and more riders as they travel across country. They expect 300,000 motorcyclists by the time they reach DC.
