Body Discovered During Search For Missing Man

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is working to identify a body found in Whitewater Sunday morning.

Deputies were searching for a missing man when they found the body near the base of the Whitewater Canyon area around 7 a.m., according to Deputy Melissa Nieburger.

Forty-eight-year old Paul Kluge from Alhambra went missing last weekend.

It’s uncertain whether the body found today is that of the missing man.

On Wednesday, deputies found Kluge’s rental car near the Whitewater riverbed.

Investigators say they found no signs of foul play.
