Lina Robles began her career in radio in the year 2000 at KQVO in Calexico as a producer and host of the morning show. In January of 2005 Lina took on a new challenge as the co-producer and host of the TV show “Latinos Americamos ” airing on Channel 66 in Mexicali, Baja California.
She joined the La Poderosa 96.7 team in December 2005 as the co-host in El Show del Greñas the morning show for the station. Lina provides radio listeners with local news, weather and traffic information in addition to entertainment gossip and special events and concerts happening in the Palm Springs market.
Lina’s distinctive voice and outgoing personality have made her role important to the success of the morning show. She is very involved with community organizations like Martha’s Kitchen and is the lead DJ in promoting the annual radiothon in March which benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
