Armed Robber Makes Off With Cash From Auto Parts Store
Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man, armed with a gun, who stole cash from the O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Coachella.
It happened just after 8:30 Saturday night, at the store on the 51,000 block of Harrison Street.
Deputies say a man went in holding a gun and demanding cash. Store clerks complied. Deputies say he then took off running northbound on Harrison.
They describe the suspect as a hispanic man, between 5’8″ and 5’10”, and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing black clothing and a black mask.
Police have released no further details about the suspect or what happened.
