Palm Desert Aquatic Facility Opens
The timing couldn’t be better. With the summer heat settling in on the valley, a new aquatic center is set to open Saturday at Palm Desert’s Civic Center Park.
The facility features an Olympic size pool, a splash pool for kids and a pool connected to a massive water slide.
Other features include a multi-purpose room for parties and a full service snack bar.
The grand opening for the pool is set for Saturday at 10 am. The pools will be open for swimming at 11 am.
