Making Pizza The “Upper Crust” Way

Ingredients:

22 oz. Pizza dough

14 oz. Mozzarella cheese

6 oz. Pizza sauce

4 oz. Pepperoni

3 oz. Sliced red onion

3 oz. Sliced button mushroom

3 oz. Green bell pepper

3 oz. Chopped vine ripe tomatoes

5 oz. Italian sausage

Directions:

Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 500 degrees. Stretch pizza dough to 14 inches round. Spread pizza sauce, leaving 1/2 inch for the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sliced onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes and sausage on top. Slide pizza onto preheated pizza stone and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes.
