“Save A Pet” vandalized AGAIN

Today, “Save A Pet” in Desert Hot Springs is reporting yet another night of vandalism. Staff at the non-profit no-kill shelter say this is the tenth time the shelter has been vandalized in just over two weeks.

$3,000 worth of dog food was stolen from a shed at the adoption center in early August. This morning staffers discovered a scene that included cement at the door of the puppy room. They also found Lucy an 11 year old lab mix trapped underneath a wheel-barrow.

“Save A Pet” has reported all the incidents to authorities. In the meantime, the organization plans to set-up its security efforts.
