Martin Luther King, Jr. Day closures
Today is Martin Luther King Junior Day, many businesses will be recognizing the holiday with closures.
County, State and Federal buildings will not be open. This includes The Department of Motor Vehicles three locations in the Coachella Valley and around the state.
Most libraries will also be closed.
Most banks will not be open for business nor will children have school. Don’t count on any mail today either, the Post Office is closed.
Sunline Transit Agency however is running bus routes as normal today. Trash collection will not be affected, as well.
