Firefighters extinguish Desert Hot Springs house fire
An overnight fire in Desert Hot Springs was contained by firefighters in a half hour’s time.
Firefighters were called to a home on the 13500 block of Via Real near Ironwood Drive shortly after 3 a.m.
They found an abandoned home engulfed in flames.
Fire crews reported no injuries.
The fire’s cause remains under investigation.
