2 killed in Calif. home attack were divorced

A man and woman killed inside a luxury Southern California home have been identified by friends and family as a divorced couple with five children who continued to live and conduct business together.

The Orange County Register reports (http://bit.ly/1aRvSze ) that no suspects have been identified in the deaths of 57-year-old Bradford Hans Sachs and 54-year-old Andra Resa Sachs.

Their 8-year-old son was found seriously injured inside the nearly nine-thousand-square-foot San Juan Capistrano house but is expected to survive.

Deputies responded early Sunday after someone called 911 from inside the home.

The newspaper says investigators are looking into the couple’s past business and property dealings, and a flurry of lawsuits dating back to the 1990s.

The couple filed for divorce in 1999.
