Target toy recalled due to choking hazard

Toy maker Infantino is recalling 191,000 teething toys sold exclusively at Target due to a choking hazard, according to KABC-TV.

The recall involves the Go Gaga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey teething toys. The company is concerned after receiving seven reports of infants choking or gagging on the monkey’s tail.

The products were sold at Target stores from December 2012 through January 2014 for $13.

The toy has the model No. 206-647 marked on the inside of the rear left leg.

Consumers were urged to stop using the product and contact Infantino to receive a free replacement toy.
