Man wins $215K on Palm Springs slot machine

A Maine resident hit it big at a casino in downtown Palm Springs recently.

Richard Cosseboom had one of the best “Wheel of Fortune’ moments the Spa Resort Casino has recently seen, winning more than $215,000 on the Wheel of Fortune game, according to a release from Kate Anderson, director of public relations for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.

“It’s always a great moment at the Spa Resort Casino when one of our players hits a big win,” General Manager Bill Duke said.

In the past year, Spa Resort Casino has paid out $106 million, while Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa has paid out $125 million, according to Anderson’s release.

Both resorts are owned and operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
