Arson fires cause damage to Palm Springs church
The Palm Springs Police Department is looking for a man who intentionally set a series of trash can fires in downtown Palm Springs on Tuesday night.
According to the Palm Springs Fire Department, a total of eight fires were ignited within a 15 minute span. The last fire caused moderate damage to the back end of Our Lady of Solitude Catholic Church on Belardo and Alejo.
They don’t have a detailed description of the suspect; just that he’s a tall white man who was wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt.
