Miller endorses Stone for State Senate

Riverside County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeff Stone is getting some support in his campaign for State Senate in the 28th District from a former opponent.

Indio City Councilman Glenn Miller is endorsing Stone over Bonnie Garcia. Miller issued a statement saying, “Having worked with Jeff Stone on local agencies, I have witnessed first hand his strong commitment to the desert.”

Miller ran a close third in the June 3rd primary, losing to Stone and Bonnie Garcia who will face-off in the November election.

It’s a Republican leaning district and all 3 top finishers in the June primary were Republicans.
