Early voting available for Nov. 4 General Election

Early voting for the Nov. 4 Consolidated General Election will be available at four locations in Riverside County.

Election officials said the early voting phase begins Friday, October 24 through Sunday, October 26 at the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside on the first floor in front of Forever 21, at Westfield Palm Desert in the main court in front of World Gym, and at the Promenade in Temecula on the first floor in front of the Macy’s Women’s store (entrance wing).

Early voting is also available leading up to Election Day at the Registrar of Voters office on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, October 25, and Saturday, November 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The registrar’s office is located at 2724 Gateway Drive in Riverside. It will be open on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. as well.

Registered voters may attend any of the early voting sites to either drop off a vote-by-mail ballot or use a unit to cast their vote.

Officials said early voting provides access to voters who are unable to make it to the polls on Election Day and to those who would like their vote to be counted first on Election Night.

Voters are encouraged to cast their ballots as soon as possible so they can be included in the first Election Night results which are posted shortly after 8 p.m. on Nov. 4.
