Newsmaker: Assembly Candidate Karalee Hargrove
Democrat Karalee Hargrove discussed her campaign for California’s 42nd Assembly District with CBS Local 2’s Kris Long during a live Newsmaker segment Thursday evening.
Hargrove, who is a trustee of the Morongo Unified School district, is running against Republican Chad Hayes for the district which serves the Coachella Valley communities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells and La Quinta.
The winner of Tuesday’s election will replace Assemblyman Brian Nestande, who is running for a seat in the US House of Representatives.
