A crash in Palm Desert led to one person being rushed to the hospital with serious injuries Friday morning.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at 6:58 a.m. in the 38000 block of Washington Street, north of Varner Road.
CAL FIRE crews arrived and the scene and found a person trapped inside the vehicle. The person was extricated and transported to the hospital.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
