Advanced passes sold out for Coachella Fest 2016
Advanced passes for the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival went on sale at 11 a.m. Thursday, but as usual, they sold out very quickly.
The first weekend sold out in about an hour, and advanced passes to the second weekend were gone shortly after.
There will be more opportunities to buy passes to Coachella Fest, but officials said the advanced ticket sales are your only opportunity to take advantage of the Coachella payment plan.
The price for general admission is $375 and general admission with the shuttle pass combined is $435. VIP passes are $899 and VIP parking is sold separately for $150. Car camping and tent camping is $99 each.
