BBQ, beer lovers flock to Spotlight 29’s first “Que & Brew”
BBQ and beer lovers flocked to Spotlight 29’s first “Que & Brew” BBQ Competition and Craft Beer Fest in Coachella Saturday.
Fifteen BBQ teams competed to claim the title of “Best BBQ” in the International BBQ Cookers Association. Guests enjoyed favorites like pulled pork nachos along with a wide selection of craft beers.
“It’s like your parents liking wine and paring with wine. It’s gotten that way with beer just for more sophisticated palettes and who doesn’t love BBQ, and if you have BBQ, you have to have beer,” said director of marketing Adam Sak.
After enjoying the food and drinks, guests got to enjoy music from the Sam Morrison Band.
