Coachella tickets sold out
Passes for this year’s Coachella Music and Arts Festival sold out today in about an hour, according to the event promoter.
A reunited Guns N’ Roses featuring lead singer Axl Rose and guitarist Slash will headline the event, marking the band’s first stage performance in more than 20 years.
Other artists for the concerts — to be held April 15-17 and April 22-24 at the Empire Polo Grounds — include LCD Soundsystem, Ice Cube, Calvin Harris and Sia.
Guns N’ Roses is scheduled to headline on consecutive Saturday nights, April 16 and April 23.
Tickets went on sale, online only, beginning at 11 a.m. At noon, Goldenvoice tweeted that passes were no longer available. A reserve batch of tickets for Coachella Valley residents with proof of residency typically go on sale in March.
General admission passes are $399 each and VIP admission is $899.
