Update 11:35 a.m. Palm Springs Police says Indian Canyon at the Wash is now open.
Update 9:00 a.m. Cathedral Canyon Drive at Whitewater Wash is back open. Some roadways still have flashing red lights.

Palm Springs:
Indian Canyon is now open between Rosa Parks and the driveway for the Amtrak station
Southern CaliforniaEdison reported nearly 500 customers lost power Tuesday afternoon due to weather conditions. The utilitysaid workers hadidentified the problem and are working to restore power to the remaining 349 Palm Springs customers.
Cathedral City:
The traffic signal at Date Palm Drive and Ramon Road will not be repaired today and will remain in red flash mode says City Spokesman Chris Parman. The light at Dinah Shore Drive and Cathedral Canyon Drive has been fixed.

Coachella:
Imperial Irrigation District reports 1,851 customers in the Coachella area have had their service restored.
Indio:
Imperial Irrigation District reports707 customers have service restored. The outageaffected south of the All-American canal to 44th Ave and east of Golf Center Parkway, Harrison Street, Vista Del Norte and Dillon Road.
