British man faces new charges in child porn and sex trafficking case
A British man accused of traveling to the Coachella Valley to have sex with children is facing new charges.
70-year old Paul Charles Wilkins was named Friday in a four count indictment that added new charges to the original indictment filed in February.
Images found on a laptop and digital storage at his Palm Springs apartment led to the filing of two new charges.
Wilkins is accused of traveling to the Coachella Valley in January to have sex with a 10-year-old and 12-year-old boy.
He’s also accused of paying an undercover investigator $250 to have sex with a 9-year-old boy.
Wilkins was arrested in February.
His trial is scheduled to begin July 19th.
