Indio’s new police chief takes over

Mike Washburn took over as Indio’s 19th police chief this week. He replaces retiring chief Richard Twiss. Washburn sat down with CBS Local 2’s Brooke Beare on Friday to discuss his first priorities as the city’s top cop, festival season, and his experience working homicides with the Seattle Police Department.
