Two men are in jail after being arrested on suspicion of three separate armed robberies.

Riverside County Sheriff’s said 18-year-old Ethan Charnley and 19-year-old David Landeros were arrested Friday night on suspicion of second-degree robbery. They are accused of stealing purses from women in three different incidents earlier that afternoon.

The first alleged robbery took place just before 6 p.m. near Highway 111 and Dune Palms Road, the second in La Quinta and the third in Coachella. Both Charnley and Landeros were found in a vehicle shortly after the third robbery in Coachella. Charnley and Landeros were booked into the Indio Jail and bail for each of the men was set at $30,000. They are due in court on Wednesday.
