New vision on future of CareerBuilder Challenge

Changes are coming at the Career Builder Challenge this January. There’s a new ambassador in Phil Mickelson, and a new executive director in Nick Raffaele, and both have a new vision for future success. “Change is the price of survival; in anything you do, every product, they have to evolve. That is the key word, changing and evolving.” Raffaele said. “This is just the start, the new beginning of the Career Builder Challenge and I think in about five or six years we could have concerts four or five nights of the week.” added Gayle Cochrane of the Career Builder marketing team. Who doesn’t love a good concert? Saturday the 21st of January the grass will be echoing sounds throughout the Coachella Valley and it all comes back to the fans. “What we’re doing today and the things we are implementing, they will have to evolve and get better. At the end of the day we are trying to enhance the fans experience . ,” Raffaele said. The effort started back in May with Mickelson joining the team. “Any time you are able to grab a hall of fame person and work for the tournament, it really improves lot of the excitement and interest in the tournament.” John Foster of the Desert Classic Charities said. “Now I feel like I am in a position where I keep it going and get a good round I can have a good chance on Sunday . If I hit it the way I have been hitting it, keep it in play, there are a lot of birdie opportunities still on this stadium.
