Home invasion suspects arrested

Aaron Allen and Paul Keller have been arrested and charged for allegedly committing a home invasion robbery among over felonies.

Wednesday morning, Palm Springs police received a call about a home invasion robbery on the 200 block of E Granvia Valmonte.

The caller says he was sleeping in his home when two suspects entered his home. The man woke up and discovered the lights were in his home. The man looked around his home and was confronted by two suspects wearing masks, one of them held a knife to the man’s throat then tied him up.

The suspects ransacked the home while demanding property from the victim. Before fleeing the residence, they left with a large quantity of the victim’s property and the victim’s 2015 BMW X1.

The vehicle was tracked using the vehicle’s GPS tracking system to a residence in the 400 block of El Monte in San Jacinto, CA. The vehicle was stopped and two suspects were detained and eventually arrested for several felony charges to include home invasion robbery. As the investigation continued, a large quanity of the victim’s property to include the victim’s car was recovered and both suspects were booked into the Larry D Smith Correctional Facility in Banning, CA.
