Deputies looking for missing Yucca Valley man

Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Deputies are asking for your help in looking for a missing Yucca Valley man with a diminished mental capacity.

Deputies said on Friday, April 14 at 9:30 a.m., 51-year-old George McKissen left his home on the 56800 block of Little League Drive in Yucca Valley to ride his mountaing bike around town. They said McKissen never returned home.

Deputies said McKissen also goes by “Marty,” has the mental capcity of a 12-year-old, is capable of functioning on his own, has no other medical issues and may act shy around strangers.

Deputies describe McKissen as 5’9″, 145 to 150 lbs., and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, dark jeans, brown boots, a black baseball cap and riding a blue Huffy mountain bike.
