KESQ is live this AM as SOS celebrates 10 years of service to Marines
A local charity is celebrating 10 years of service providing free transportation for active duty USMC service members and their families between local airports and the 29 Palms Marine base.
Watch KESQ live as Jeremy Chen reports this morning in Palm Desert. According to founding director, Erica Stone, over the last decade, over 135,500 Marines have been transported through over 45,000 trips. That’s about 6,780,600 miles driven which is just over 273 times around the world.
