Man faces at least 39 years in prison for deadly crash
A man who caused a deadly crash during a high-speed chase in Palm Springs faces 39 years to life in state prison.
Frank Odu, 27, was convicted on a number of charges, including burglary and vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence, for the fiery crash that killed his passenger, who was also his alleged 26-year old accomplice.
The two were suspected in a spree of residential burglaries. When Odu tried to out-run police, he crashed into an SUV carrying a family of five.
