Coachella Valley celebrates 4th of July
Although most fireworks are illegal in Riverside County, there is still plenty of fun in store for the 4th of July holiday.

The Palm Springs Fire Department wants to remind residents and visitors that all fireworks, including “Safe and Sane”, are illegal in Palm Springs.

“Each year during the Fourth of July holiday, firefighters respond to fires and injuries that simply don’t need to occur,” says Fire Chief Kevin Nalder.
