Should Nightclub Be Held Responsible For Alcohol-Related Crash?

Authorities have released the identities of three car crash victims who died after the vehicle they were in crashed into a palm tree in Palm Springs early Wednesday.

They were identified as Robert Sanchez, 22, Lizabeth Gordon, 26, and Richard Loredo, 23.

The driver of the car remains in critical condition at Desert Regional Medical Center.

The crash happened around 2 AM in the 200 block of East Palm Canyon.

Firefighters used the jaws of life to reach the victims inside the green Mercury Cougar.

Two of the four people were pronounced dead at the scene. A third person later died at Desert Regional Medical Center.

Officers are investigating if the crash was alcohol-related.
