Man Following Another To Palm Springs Home Leads To Confrontation
Police saya shooting in a Palm Springs neighborhood stemmed from one man following another man to his residence to confront that person following a dispute in court Tuesday.
Officers say just before 12:30 p.m. a man followed the other person back to his home on Cervantes Court in the Canyon Heights area.
The man following the other started throwing things at the person. The man being followed then grabbed a gun used for protection and began firing it into the air out of fear for his life.
No one was shot. Police arrested to man who followed the homeowner.
No word on the nature of the court dispute.
