Blood Needed Locally After Fort Hood Shooting

LA QUINTA – At the request of blood banks near Fort Hood, Life Stream in La Quinta air shipped by FexEx 10 bags of rare O-Negative blood. Life Stream already had the 10 bags tested whiched made them an ideal supplier just hours after the shooting occured. In an effort to quickly replenish their local supply, Life Stream stayed open until 9p.m., an hour and a half after closing time.
