Four Teenagers Arrested In Gang-Related Robbery

BEAUMONT – Four teens who witnesses say walked out of a Calimesa Stater Bros. Grocery Store with four cases of beer are behind bars.

Eighteen year old Eduaro Preciado of Beaumont, a three 17-year-olds from Beaumont, Banning, and Brawley, were all arrested for the robbery, and could face enhanced charges because they’re part of a street gang.

The robbery happened October 30. Deputies responded to the Stater Bros., where employees say the teens walked into the store, took the beer, and walked out. When they were confronted by employees in the parking lot, they say they brandished a weapon, and took off.

Investigators with the Gang Task Force zeroed in on Beaumont, served search warrants, and found evidence of the robbery, as well as gang indicia. All of the suspects were identified as being part of the South Side Beaumont Gang.
