The driver of the getaway vehicle has been identified as Andrea Tamayo, 25, of Thousand Palms.

Police say the investigation revealed that Tamayo’s three children, ages two, three, and four, were in the vehicle at the time of the robbery. Tamayo is currently in custody and has been charged with robbery, child abuse, and weapons charges. She is being held at Indio Jail on $500,000 bail.
