Dance Instructor Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ To Molestation
Karl Green, who was a dance instructor for several high schools and private studios in the Coachella Valley, faces charges of unlawful sex with a minor, sexual penetration with a foreign object, oral copulation and a misdemeanor count of molesting a child under 18.
He appeared in court on Tuesday, and entered a plea of “not guilty.”
Green, 27, is free on $50,000 bail pending his arraignment today on charges involving two alleged victims, whose ages are not revealed in court documents.
Green allegedly met one of the minors at Desert Valley All-Star Maverick dance studio in the 73600 block of Dinah Shore in Palm Desert and had sex with her in a house in that city, according to sheriff’s Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela.
He is accused of having a sexual relationship with the girl between May 2007 and October 2008, according to court records.
Green is suspected of molesting the second girl in July 2007, court records state.
