La Quinta Street Shut Down By Water Main Break
Westward Ho Drive has been shut down between Dune Palms Road and Jefferson Street in La Quinta because of flooding from a broken fire hydrant, says Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
A truck backed into a pipe, breaking it open, sending water gushing onto the streets and surrounding areas.
No one was injured.
