Windy Point Residents Have Power Back
A power outage hit the Windy Point of Palm Springs, Thursday morning, ending at about 11:15am.
Residents say it looks like ?war zone? because it’s so windy overnight.
Southern California Edison confirmed the outage affected 515 customers because of an equipment problem. It started at 5:10am.
This is the third time this week a power outage has hit an area of the Coachella Valley.
The most severe happened Monday when more than 400,000 customers were without air conditioning in Palm Desert from 4am to 10pm.
