May Ratings Period Proves KESQ Is Desert’s News Leader
KESQ-TV News Channel 3 swept the May 2010 sweeps, according to figures released today by Nielsen Media Research.
?KESQ is the Desert?s News Leader and the ratings prove it,? said Bob Allen, Executive Vice President and General Manager.
News Channel 3 in the Morning with Jeff Stahl and Emilie Voss is the most watched morning newscast. News Channel 3 at 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM with Tamara Damante, Karen Devine and John White are the most watched early evening newscasts. News Channel 3 at 10:00 PM on FOX 11 and News Channel 3 at 11:00 PM are also dominant.
The May ratings sweep began on April 29, 2010 and concluded on May 26, 2010. Ratings sweeps occur four times each year in February, May, July and November.
