Man Attacks Ambulance Workers In Palm Springs
Some emergency medical responders are recovering after they were reportedly attacked at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs.
A police officer noticed a severely dehydrated man fighting with EMTs who had been called to the hotel on the 700 block of East Palm Canyon Drive Monday afternoon.
The man then passed out, and was rushed to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Police say the 52-year-old was still in the hospital Tuesday morning, and may face criminal charges because he appeared to have been high on drugs.
