Riverside County Ballots Still Being Counted Over Weekend

Workers at the Registrar of Voter’s Office in Riverside will spend the weekend counting ballots as there are more than 30,000 left, according to the registrar’s website.

New numbers were released Saturday morning with more expected throughout the weekend.

Some races are too close to call at this point, including some in the Coachella Valley.

Other state races were called on Tuesday night.

Riverside County is not alone in the closeness of races so far out from Election Day.

On Friday, Los Angeles County’s Attorney General’s race took a change putting the former trailing candidate in the lead – even after conceding the race on Tuesday.
