Robber Holds Up Coffee Shop in Coachella
An armed man is on the loose, after holding up a coffee shop in Coachella.
It happened about 2:30 Saturday afternoon at the Starbucks store on the 83,000 block of Avenue 48.
Police say a man walked up to the counter, told the employee he was holding a gun, and demanded money. The employee complied, handing over some cash. The robber then took off.
Nobody was hurt in the crime.
The suspect is described as a white man, last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
