Man Hospitalized After Drive-By Shooting In Desert Hot Springs

Desert Hot Springs police investigators were looking for any clues that may lead them to the people behind a drive-by shooting that sent a man to the hospital.

The incident happened Monday afternoon on the 13600 block of Ocotillo Road. Police first responded to residents hearing shots fired.

Sgt. Gustavo Paiz said they found a man who was shot, and transported him to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs.

His condition was not known.
