Interstate 10 Shut Downs Resume Overnight Through Cathedral City

Expect more overnight traffic delays on Interstate 10 this week between Thousand Palms and Cathedral City.

Construction crews are working on the Bob Hope overpass expansion, and will again shut down freeway lanes overnight starting at 11 p.m. and ending at 5 a.m.

The first closure affecting westbound lanes between Ramon and Date Palm started Monday night and will continue through Thursday.

Then next week, eastbound lanes will close down overnight from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
