Two Vehicles Damaged In Palm Desert Fire

Two vehicles were damaged today in a garage fire at a Palm Desert residence, but no injuries were reported.

Firefighters put out the blaze at 75344 Kelsey Circle within 15 minutes, Cal Fire spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

The garage was not attached to the single-story home, and flames did not reach the residence, Hendrickson said.

There was no immediate word on the cause of the blaze, which was reported at 11:42 a.m.

A damage estimate was being tallied.
