Palm Springs Man Arrested For Continuous Rape Of 13-Year-Old

Palm Springs police made an arrest in the case of a 13-year-old girl who was reportedly raped repeatedly over a period of time.

On March 3, the victim told police she was sexually assaulted continuously by a man later identified as Samuel Espitia-Salazar, 32, of Palm Springs.

One day later, Espitia-Salazar was taken into custody by Palm Springs police, and booked on aggravated sexual assault of a child, continual sexual abuse of a child, lewd acts upon a child, and child abuse charges.
